Quick and easy SMSF Establishment
Xpress Super have optimised our establishment services to create your new Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) as quickly as possible.
We ensure all documentation is easy to understand and is provided promptly once the establishment fee is paid.
We handle everything from:
- Instructing our lawyers to prepare the SMSF Trust Deed
- Establishment of the Trading Account
- Registering the Corporate Trustee with ASIC
- Investment strategy information and sample template
- Nomination of beneficiary instructions and forms
- Establishment of the Cash Account
- Registering the fund with the ATO and obtaining the ABN and TFN
- Minutes and all documentation relating to the establishment of the fund and admission of members and trustees
Please note, if a corporate trustee is required, we will need the DirectorID before we can continue. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions around this.
Once the documentation has been signed and returned to us, we will complete the establishment process by opening the cash and trading accounts for you. You are then free to arrange any rollovers and begin investing!
Please note that Xpress Super has a minimum balance requirement of $200,000 for SMSF establishments as part of our commitment to providing quality service and ensuring the long-term viability of the SMSF sector.
